Dinner for SBCMS Staff

It’s a sultry day—perfect for sitting by the pond, sipping iced tea from mason jars. Because of the enormous amount of work that went in to the Installation of Officers’ dinner, I’m having the San Bernardino County Medical Society staff members over for dinner as a thank you.

On the menu: Caprese on sticks, stuffed mushrooms, grilled artichokes, cucumber tomato salad, cedar plank salmon with lemon and dill, grilled asparagus, and quinoa pilaf, along with olive bread.
